Custom Precision Shims

Now available from Carbide Specialties are custom, plastic, laser cut, color coded, precision shims. These shims can be cut on our laser to any specification up to 31" x 17" in size.

Primary usage for these shims would be for adjustment of cutter sets, hogger assemblies, tenon cutter sets, dado sets, and router assemblies. Just specify your arbor size, outer diameter, and any keyholes or pinholes. If you need specialty shaped shims just supply us with a CAD drawing or detailed dimensions and we can cut to your requirements.

We can even cut non-cutting tool related shims. Just give us a call.

Shim stock is available in the following thicknesses and are color coded for easy identification. Some exceptions apply.
