Carbide Tipped Slotting Cutters

Two-and three-wing slotting cutters are available individually. Use a two-wing cutter for faster feed rates, three-wing cutters for better cut finish.

Groove edges for T-mouldings, splines or biscuits, and other purposes. Rout tongue-and-groove jointery. Slotting cutters are available with either 2-wing or 3-wing cutters. Each Assembly includes a cutter, bearing for a 1/2" deep cut, and either a 1/4"-, 3/8"-, or 1/2"- shank arbor. Use with all handheld and table mounted routers.

The 'Quadraset' with its four cutters enables you to cut grooves and dados from 1/8" through *23/32" (3.2MM-18.0MM) in increments of 1/32" (0.1MM). Tongue & Groove can also be achieved with proper set-up. Fully diagrammed instructions included for both fractional and metric sizes. Complete with four cutters (1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4"), arbor, ball bearing guide, spacers, and shims.
